SLEEPY LOBO INN GENERAL POLICIES

The Sleepy Lobo Inn is a full-service Bed & Breakfast where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Our policies allow us to ensure your stay is enjoyable and we provide a high standard of service.

*Unfortunately, the Sleepy Lobo Inn 1920's home is not ADA accessible.  We are sorry for any inconvenience and would be happy to help you find another B&B in the area that can accommodate you..

 

CHECK-IN Times:  3:00pm - 8:00pm
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make alternate arrangements.
CHECK-OUT Time:  11:00am
If you need a late check-out or luggage storage, please request with the Innkeepers.

 

PARKING*

Parking is available on the B&B premises.  Please ensure you lock car doors and secure all belongings.  It is not advisable to leave any visible items in your car overnight and the B&B is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

PAYMENTS
Online bookings and credit card transactions are available through this website, or you can call us directly at 410-474-9780 to make reservations.  Full payment is required when you make reservations.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX.

 

RESERVATION RESTRICTIONS

There is a minimum stay required for Balloon Fiesta between Oct 3-12, 2024.  

 

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS* 

(Please email (innkeepers@sleepyloboinn.com) or call the Innkeepers (410-474-9780) to ensure your reservation is cancelled properly and ensure refunds are provided based upon our policy):

Guests are able to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date for a full refund.  Please coordinate all cancellations or reservation changes through the innkeepers to obtain your refund via check. 

If you cancel less than 30 days but within 8 days before arrival, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled 7 days* or less before arrival or in the case of a no show, guest will be charged for the entire stay unless the guest rebooks or works out an alternative solution with the Innkeeper.   (Balloon Fiesta timeframe and whole house bookings are excluded from this policy.  See below *)
Guests are encouraged to call the innkeeper at 410-474-9780 as soon as the guest requires a change to the reservation for the best possible outcome.
Please contact the property for your refund when applicable.  Refunds are provided via check sent within 7 days.

*A 30 day cancellation notice is required for all bookings during the Balloon Fiesta timeframe or for all whole house bookings for guests to receive a refund.  No refunds will be given for any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival during this specified time or for whole house bookings.

 

ROOMS*

All rooms are on the second floor and can accommodate 2 persons, adults or children.  If guests require an extra bed for a child in a room and the Innkeepers can accommodate, there will be a surcharge of $25 per night per child.  Please request with the Innkeepers prior to arrival.

Please note:  Guests must keep room keys secured at all times.  Guests will pay a charge of $100 for any lost or stolen keys to cover B&B rekey costs.

PETS
While we love our furry friends, we cannot accommodate them at the Sleepy Lobo Inn.  

CHILDREN
Children are welcome!  Children must always be supervised. 

SMOKING
The Sleepy Lobo Inn is a non-smoking property.   There is an outside patio area designated for smoking guests.  Thank you.  Guests will be responsible for extra cleaning fees in the event the guest smokes inside the Inn.
 
PROPERTY USE & ACCESS
To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, we ask that you not bring others to the property site unless prior arrangement is made with the innkeepers. Use of the property grounds and parking area is for guests only.
